Financial Planning & Analysis

Duties and Responsibilities

- Establish performance reporting and management information requirements with the team.

- Gather business requirement, formulate company long term plans, analysis and provide impact assessment to serve business requirements.

- Analyze performance and collate plans from the Executive team to support the delivery of the long-term plan.

- Manage the forecast, budget, and profit process to deliver plans that are fully understood and owned by the stakeholders.

- Review the tracking spending against budgeting process.

- Leading on evaluation and providing action plan to improve new unit performance.

- Provide balance sheet reconcile over relevant KPIs to ensure no risk to business.

- Promote strong teamwork within unit, cross-functional teamwork to drive business growth, and process efficiency.

- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

- Experience of at least 1-5 years in the finance or accounting field with expertise.

- Solid knowledge of accounting, finance, costing and analytic processes.

- Familiar with US GAAP, Thailand’s local GAAP, and local laws and tax regulations.

- Familiar with Financial Modelling and complex analysis model (Excel based) is a must.

- Able to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated with a positive mindset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP system knowledge.

- Proficient in Power BI would be an advantage.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
